Our new vibration management method allows us to capture changes in frequency by arranging frequency spectra in chronological order, enabling us to visually discover changes in the machine before the vibration trend changes. Additionally, commonly used portable vibration meters and wireless vibration sensors typically operate up to 1,000Hz. While changes in machines can be detected within that range, it is difficult to detect signs of deterioration before a failure occurs. With "TR-COM," we can detect signs of deterioration early by capturing changes in the vibration spectrum up to 10,000Hz.
